Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read the t&cs as our little one’s safety is paramount.

Cancellations ~ All bookings are non transferable or refundable.

• Arrival time – Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class starts. This allows time to ensure everything is clean, tidy, and set up beautifully for your little ones (and sneak in a quick toilet break or bite to eat!).

• Adults per booking – Each booking includes ONE adult per child, unless agreed prior to booking. This helps us maintain enough space to move safely and supports our calm, nurturing environment & small group size for everyone.

• Booking each child – Every little one must be booked into the class they are attending, whether it’s a regular class, craft class, or a special visit (such as Hartlepotz). This helps keep numbers accurate and ensures everyone’s safety.

All children are fully supervised by the parent/carer attending the session, it is not the responsibility of Lavender's staff.

Whilst every effort is made to keep resources clean and as germ free as possible we do ask that parents/carers discourage children from putting objects in their mouths.

No food is to be consumed in the play space by children or adults.

We are a no shoe zone but slippers/socks are welcome.

You are welcome to take photographs of your own child within Lavenders.

Lavenders does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal property brought onto the premises by children or parents.

There is a free customer carpark. Lavenders does not accept responsibility for damage or loss to any vehicle using the carpark.
